A former Wigan convict is back in jail for flouting the terms of his release.

Wigan justices heard Stuart Martin failed to keep appointments with his supervisor, missing a Building Better Relationships programme and did not live at an agreed address.

The 20-year-old from Prestt Grove, Worsley Mesnes, admitted to the breaches of his post-sentence supervision licence and was given 14 more days behind bars.
